Ten Twenty One
Named after its postcode, and developed by Twenty Co, Ten Twenty One is a boutique townhouse development in Ponsonby.
We were engaged to create marketing renders. Our set shows the dual aspect of the site - one private street edge and the other opening out to the local reserve. the selection of images captures the careful stepping of the units to maintain views and sun to the top floor of the streetside units.
The interiors are a modern interpretation of industrial character. We have chosen contemporary leather and dark timber furniture to give a mid-century flavour to the furnishing.
