OKC Henrietta B. Foster Center

This week, we want to show you some old images from the Innovation District project, made for one of our regular clients Perkins & Will. The essence of the project is to renovate important social, cultural, and historical places in Oklahoma City, places that are significant for the local African-American community.
One of these places is the Henrietta B. Foster Center, which, according to the idea of our client, will be transformed into a Minority Small Business and Entrepreneurship Center.
The interior itself restores the historic mid-20th Century architecture of the building, with some small contemporary touches. In terms of visualizations, it is a great example of working with light. Notice how photorealistic and stunning the light and shadow are in such details as the bright light coming through the windows of the room. In addition, other demonstrations of photorealism are in the perfectly-chosen textures and materials.
