Built, lit, rendered in 3dsmax Design 2013, rendered w/ Mental Ray. Tone-mapped in post in Photoshop, added background plate, DOF, color correction.
Didn't spend a ton of time on the furniture - client had some in the can they wanted to use.
Pretty happy with the result - had a lot of fun with a simpler scene than I usually work with - just making one area feel nice.
