Edifício Residencial - Residential Building

This is an image was made for an real estate developer in Belo Horizonte , Brazil . As architects we had draw the conceptual design for a residential building whithin 14 floors , 28 units and commercial spaces at ground floor . The concpetual design must to attend city building regulations and maximaze the overall revenue for our client. This facade is the result of the inicial design process, since regulations verifying, architectural design , 3d modeling, texturing and rendering.
