Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a 3D Designer. The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating 3D designs, 3D modeling, lighting, graphic design, and animation as per project requirements.

- 2D CAD plans, Sections, and Elevations
- 3D floor plans
- 3D Modeling
- Interior & Exterior Renderings
- Real estate renderings for marketing Walkthrough and flythrough animation
- Furniture Drawings Landscaping
- Mechanical drawings
- Solid 3D model ready for 3D Printing (STL)
- 360° panorama Virtual tours Google Maps site to 3D Model
- Lighting skills
- Graphic Design skills
- Animation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role
