One thing that caught my eye is the lighting of the windows, evident most on the 9th floor (some panes are full of light and they dissapate as they go towards the outside). Just wondering if that is photoshop or from MAX and how you accomplished that.
It's mostly Photoshop! There's base lights inside the model (from MAX) and over, a lot of painted levels of smoothed glass reflection. Maybe this little explanation isn't so exaustive but it's all about painting!

I love the colors in this images and how they compliment each other. Also the fact that the street lamps are blue and not yellow which draws you're eyes back down into the image. +10
