As a senior 3D artist, you will lead a smaller team and guard the projects from concept to delivery in close contact with the creative directors and clients. You have a keen eye for efficiency, accuracy and quality and are a good communicator and listener. You will be working with state of the art realtors, developers and multinationals.

Our agency innovates the real-estate sector with self-developed applications,digital twin solutions, functional gaming and 3D scanning tools. With our highly qualified team, we bring frontier products to the market that charme and inspire many. Partly due to our strong growth, we are looking for a skilled senior 3D artist who can take this company further to unprecedented heights.
Qualifications
Fluent english or dutch
A degree in any relevant field from a registered college or university
Familiarity with architectural drawings (AutoCad, ...)
At least 3+ years of experience in 3D ArchViz with a good knowledge of efficient workflow procedures
Expert in 3D modeling, composition, lighting, grading and colouring
An expert in 3DsMax, Vray, Forestpack and RailClone
Expert in post production (Photoshop, ...) and some knowledge of Unreal/Twinmotion
All in all a great passion for 3D and architecture, a creative powerhouse that likes to tackle reality
