Architects and interior decorators ask me to create their perspectives and elevations in order to flesh out designs and their project presentations to the customer. This web site will enable you to discover the varied possibilities, from sketches to realistic perspectives, created thanks to digital imaging and photomontage. I find it essential to be able to combine these two disciplines, i.e. painting and computer graphics. Indeed, nowadays, the emergence of new technologies enables the creation of more and more realistic images giving the customers a concrete vision of their projects. Yet computerized images tend to look alike and to lack the visual sensitivity peculiar to freehand drawing. In order to obtain a unique and spontaneous image, mastering more ‘archaic’ techniques is often needed. Indeed, an image generates emotions thanks to its imperfections. This then is how I approach my work.
