We are actively seeking an Unreal Engine C++ Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Unreal Engine C++, including creating plugins, Dynamic-Link Library (DLL), and using native-only Unreal Engine modules. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and provides a pathway to full-time engagement after 6 months.

By working together, you'll have the opportunity to be part of an exciting startup venture connected to the forthcoming launch of a PropTech product developed by our company. If you are a skilled programmer with proven experience in remote collaboration, debugging, and source control, we invite you to apply. You'll have the opportunity to create new C++ code, convert blueprints into C++, optimize performance, enhance scalability, and create comprehensive documentation.

Experience with production-level solutions for enterprise companies is highly valued. Proficiency in English or Spanish is considered suitable.

Responsibilities
• Creating and working with Unreal Engine C++, including plugins and DLL.
• Changing Blueprints for performance optimization and in some cases converting blueprints into C++.
• Enhancing scalability and creating comprehensive documentation.
• Working under aggressive schedules and high pressure.
• Collaborating remotely and using repository and source control platforms (GitHub and Plastic SMC).
• Providing innovative solutions and contributing to enterprise-level projects in PropTech.

This is a fully remote opportunity coordinated from our Miami Office. While our operations are optimized for candidates based in Central/South America or Europe, we are open to considering talent from other regions as well. Your passion and skills matter more than your location.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience with Unreal Engine C++, including creating plugins and DLL. 
• Proven experience in remote collaboration, debugging, and source control. 
• Experience with production-level solutions for large enterprise companies as clients. 
• Language: Proficiency in English or Spanish.
