Wire Collective is going through an exciting period of growth and we’re looking for Business Support Manager to join our modern office in Hackney, London. As the Business Support Manager, you will perform a range of administrative and business support duties, assisting our Director and the team in carrying out their day-to-day responsibilities. Fluent English is essential and Spanish language is highly desirable in order to liaise with our team in Valencia.
What you will do
Provide operational support to our Director
Acting as first point of contact for enquiries arriving into our info mailbox: responding to enquiries or assigning to appropriate staff
HR Administration e.g. managing payslips, staff annual leave log and other queries, onboarding new starters making sure they feel welcome and have correct set up
Managing office expenses, payments and bookkeeping (we work with FreeAgent)
Improving our internal operational processes
Managing our client CRM database HubSpot; keeping records up to date
Sending follow up emails to our past and prospective clients
Managing our Instagram posts, and social media with latest news
Organising our internal SharePoint for our team
General office administration duties for our office in UK and Spain e.g. liaising with cleaning agencies, managing deliveries, ordering stationery and supplies for the office
Designing and sending out bi-annual newsletter to our client base

Our services include architectural photo-realistic visualisations, architectural competition visualisations, CG animations, photography and 360 images. Qualifications
You’re a self-starter who thrives on autonomous working, highly organised and have meticulous attention to detail.
Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You enjoy working as part of a team and can multitask when needed
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Fluent in English and advanced level of Spanish to manage our operations in Spain
Experience in business support, operational or Office Manager roles
Experience in SharePoint and digital filing systems
Experience using CRM databases
Experience using Accounting software e.g. FreeAgent or Xero
Experience using G-Suite or Office 365.
