About Michael Awonowo

CEO/Architect MIC-DEE Designs My name is Michael Awonowo and I hold a M.sc degree in Architecture from Covenant University. I love to read, draw, design and engage in worthwhile debates and arguments. Going further, I’m an introvert, a witty fellow, a lover of God and beautiful works of art. I see Architecture; my personal projects to be precise as an extension of my body and mind hence my reliance on a selection of curves, splines and complex geometry to portray what my mind has deciphered the brief as. I admire architects like Zaha Hadid, Renzo Piano, Frank Gehry, Jumoke Adenowo and engineers like Santiago Calatrava and this admiration is reflected in my works as you would see in the projects selected in this portfolio. I also have a way with colours and material selections and I have a strong interest in Interior design and landscape design. My goal is simple and crystal clear; I aim to be an influential personality in Architecture and the world as a whole in the nearest future and I’ll do everything I can to achieve that.
