About Miriam Forasté

My entire life, I have tried to create a compromise between my biggest passions, sport and design, developing a professional career for more than ten years as a basketball player, going through all the sacrifices and effort that this means for a young girl, and the fight and dedication that this means for a woman. Nowadays, I feel so fortunate to say that basketball has led me to live countless challenging and enriching experiences through several cities and countries, and has taught me to always move forward, to adapt and evolve. I developed the desire to travel appreciating the world around me at every place I was; and learning from them, from their habits, tastes and aesthetics, since I’ve always been fascinated by visual and plastic arts.
