Some time ago I had a pleasure to literally reach a new horizons while working on visuals for Nasa’s Lunar Crater Radio Telescope on the far side of the Moon.
LCRT is a 1 km(!!!) diameter wired radio telescope which should help with exploration of the Dark Ages areas.

In this work, I imagine a monolithic chapel in 3 differents moods (Cloud, Mist and Sand). I composed the landscape on Photoshop to create 3 uniks environment. Model 3D and render on Lightwave, and composition on Photoshop.

A thrilling project that I did in a very tight time frame of 2 days.
Concept, modeling and postproduction _ Kruna Zivkovic

Script:

A gentle giant vessel floats and carries dwelling units.
Wrapped in an enduring membrane it keeps its inhabitants safe like a plant guarding its seeds.
The energy required to move the vessel is obtained from the vast bioluminescence reactions.

Long tentacles are an irresistible adventure for young exploratory hitchhikers who catch their ride (to the Travelling Cities) under the cover of fog.
