Usually focusing on commercial interiors I thought I would try and include a few of the more residential pieces we have in a residential scene. The paris apartment idea came about after I saw an image by Matheus Passos which had such a nice feel to it...the rest just evolved from there.

Like most non commisioned works, this began as something simple and kind of kept evolving when I had the time to spare on it. It was a first attempt at trying to create a nice fire effect and from there, the right 'mood' for the scene in post.
