I don't post often here on cgarchitect, but feel that I should! So here is my latest work for

vray everything :) DOF, glare, bloom, fog, and all in one pass with almost no post production at all. I also used forest by itoosoft extensively.

I have a making-of type thing on my blog but feel free to ask questions and leave feedback. If there is anything I havent covered in the making of I will add it in, or expand on areas.

Render times per image were about 1.5 hrs at 3200px wide (using DR on 3 pretty fast machines).

This house is designed by ZOA (zoa3d.com) - originally a summer house at the shore of lake Balaton - and unfortunately it won't be built. So I was given to make a beautiful picture of it. That's why the kinda sad atmosphere. (And I like drama - hehe.)

The plain model of the house was given. Anything else was made by me including the concept of the picture.

I'm very thankful to ZOA for the opportunity to work on this project as much as i needed. It took about a workweek.
