80 Holland Park

  CPC Group were looking to communicate their vision for a new residential development that would enhance the existing site and reflect the heritage of the Holland park neighbourhood.
  The scheme comprises of 5 sensitively designed villas that reference the period proportions of the neighbouring properties while also inserting contemporary details that juxtapose the traditional aesthetic.

  I worked with CPC, LDS architects and the design teams involved to provide a series of exterior images and verified views to assist with the planning process.  Due to the sensitive nature of the site and proximity to other residential properties.  It was important to accurately reflect the design and the impact the scheme would have on the area.  Combining photography and CGI to demonstrate the proposed scheme within the site. 
  Once planning permission was granted we then started to build on the visual content to develop the amenity spaces available to prospective residents. Working with Albion nord to curate a collection of interior images that would showcase the quality of the interior design that would continue through the rest of the scheme.
