What happens when iconic architecture meets the quintessential downtown location?

How can a builder attract national and international powerhouse brands both to their retail and office spaces, while a building is still under construction?
That’s where we come in.
This spectacular Toronto project is situated in the downtown core and will rise 61 stories, making it one of the top 10 tallest buildings in the city. The area is booming with activity, hustle and bustle and an infinite supply of shopping, restaurants and transit options. We decided to showcase all this with a series of powerful renderings that bring that beehive of activity to life, as well as a fast-paced video that we intermixed with time-lapse shots to give viewers (potential 88 Scott clients) a true day in the life feel.
Yonge and King is overflowing with foot traffic, which represents a huge opportunity for potential tenants, and our main objective was to highlight the building’s immense commercial impact and viability. The unique point of view of our renderings and the intense video we created, tell the story of one the busiest neighborhoods in all of Canada…and the building that will soon epitomize everything downtown stands for— 20 Wellington.
